The Santa Clara County Department of Family and Children's Services provides services to protect, prevent and remedy abuse and neglect of children while advancing child and family safety and well-being.
The Transformation Team provides the Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) services for at-risk and identified youth with either DFCS and Probation involvement. The Transformation Team is comprised of a Coordinator, Social Worker, Public Health Nurse, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and for probation youth an Occupational Therapists (for Probation clients), Probation Officer and Probation Supervisor.

Parents or family members with an issue or concern regarding services from or a case with the Department of Family & Children’s Services are requested to please:
First, contact the Social Worker and try to resolve your concern.
If your concern is not resolved, please contact the Supervisor to request a meeting with the Social Worker and the Supervisor by calling (408)501-6300.
If your concern is still not resolved after speaking with the Supervisor, please contact the Division Manager by calling (408)501-6300.
If the Division Manager is not able to resolve your concern, please request to speak to the Bureau Manager by calling (408)501-6300.
If the Bureau Manager does not resolve your issue, please contact the Project Manager of the Specialized Services unit at (408) 501-6876 to file a formal complaint.
