Integrated Single System of Support
Cross Agency Service Team (CAST)
Who We Are
The Cross Agency Service Team (CAST) is a network of partner organizations working to ensure that all children, youth, and families in Santa Clara County are on a path to positive life outcomes and can access the resources they need to achieve their hopes and aspirations for the future.
CAST partners include representatives from County human service departments, healthcare providers, the Superior Court Judiciary, First 5 Santa Clara County, Santa Clara County Office of Education, and numerous community organizations dedicated to improving the lives of all Santa Clara County families.
CAST is dedicated to racial and social equity with the goal of dismantling systemic barriers and implicit biases.
Our Goals
Connect
providers to streamline how we deliver services to communities across the County.
Transform
the County’s systems of care to promote trauma-informed and healing-centered practices.
Support
proactive, community-driven prevention and promotion efforts for children, youth, and families.
Building an Integrated Single System of Support
In neighborhoods across Santa Clara County, people are working together to make sure that families have the support they need to thrive. Social workers, community organizers, teachers, doctors, and others are building the Integrated Single System of Support that gives people the services they need, when and where they need them.
In some communities, Family Resource Centers combine multiple Services under one roof.
The County has also set up 211 Santa Clara County, an online resource for multiple services.
Join Us!
Since 2006, CAST has helped improve County services in many ways, from addressing the needs of families in Dependency Court to creating a system-wide framework of trauma-informed, healing-centered care.

CAST welcomes other agencies and stakeholders dedicated to using a whole child, whole family approach to enhance service delivery and improve the health and well-being of families and communities.
