A contribution of $3.00 per meal is suggested, but no eligible participant will be denied a meal because of inability to contribute. These contributions support the growth of the program.

These meals meet the U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans and provide 1/3 of the daily key nutrients for older adults. Menus are planned and approved by Registered Dietitians. Ingredients used have less added sugars and are lower in sodium.
