If you are already receiving benefits the fastest way to reach your County Worker is by calling them directly.

You can find you County Worker's contact information of the top right corner of the last County Notice of Action (NOA) you received in the mail.

If you cannot find your County Worker's contact information, call one of the following numbers.

  • If You are Receiving Only Medi-Cal Coverage - 408.758.3600
  • If You are Receiving CalFresh Food, CalWORKs, General Assistance, Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants, Refugee Cash Assistance Benefits or Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program - 408.758.3800
